Reviewed Chicken Chorizo Patty Melt
"I tried this after seeing it on TV the other night. WOW are these ever good. I didn't use the cheese because my son is lactose introlerant and they were still out of this world. I have since tried different sausages (which I make myself) and have found my spicy Italian sausage to mix well with the chicken, puts a little zip in the patty. These patties are now one of our favourites."
