"This was so good! Made it for my boyfriend for his birthday and he said it was much better than my mom's London Broil!
But I had to make three small adjustments based on previous reviews....
First- I did marinate the flank steak I bought for about 2 hours prior to Broiling. I just made a simple marinade of Balsamic and Brown sugar about 1:1 rat"
