"Yummy! I followed the recipe minus the cilantro (mine had gone bad and added a Tbsp tahini for some depth of flavor. Very tasty and would make it again. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the texture is a little loose. Not sure how to correct that - maybe salt and drain the eggplant in slices before grilling? All in all, very good an"

"Fantastic! I am trying to find new ways to work a variety of veggies into my diet - I never eat cabbage, so this seemed like a nice opportunity to squeeze some in. Came out great! I did use chicken stock (not vegetable and frozen spinach to save a little $$. Used diced tomatoes with green chilies as we had it on hand. Absolutely will make this again; nice, deep flavor, super healthy and filling. Meat-eater fiance loved it too."
