Good recipe but the cooking time is FAR too long. I'd do 8-10 minutes max at this temperature. Actually, I'd start checking at 6 minutes. Don't ruin a great piece of salmon by overcooking it! The gremolata/topping is very nice.

I agree with the other posts that one cannot give five stars to a recipe that is only followed 50%. Most everyone agrees that the marinade is great but the cooking method is HORRIBLE! Try eating steak that is covered in crunchy bits of charcoal. Yuck! We had to throw it out. I really respect Alton Brown but this recipe was a huge disappointme...
