Reviewed key lime pie

May 4, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Yummy pie although I have to say that a springform pan should be used for this amount of filling. I ended up having a 9-inch pie and 4 little ramekins. I also baked it a little longer at 350.

There's too much oyster sauce in this recipe so the sauce turned out really salty. I salvaged the dish by setting aside a cup of the sauce and adding 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter to the remaining sauce. I added a little more sugar too. I salted the noodles during boiling so I rinsed it under running water in order to remove any...

Very yummy and easy to make. I followed the recipe except I reduced the butter to 1 stick. "

This is similar to the basic oatmeal choc chip cookie recipe. In order for it to hold a cookie shape, use only 1 stick of butter and 1 egg. More than that and the cookie will be flat."

This dish is super delicious!!! I don't care where exactly it originated but my husband and I love it! The first time I made it, I listened to some reviews, unfortunately, that it was not spicy enough, so I put 3 habaneros with all the seeds in. It was delicious but we burned our mouths. The next time I made it, I used red pepper flakes instead ...

Reviewed Smoky Baked Beans

Apr 5, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I cooked this recipe on the day I saw it on the show. Followed it to a T except that I used red kidney beans because that's what I had. I only had 4 hours of prep time before dinner so I skipped the slow cooker and cooked it in a dutch oven for about an hour or so. I did add a little more liquid to keep it from drying out. The resulting beans ...

Surprisingly YUMMY!!! I was never a fan of beets and always thought that it's yucky. My husband used to boil beets and make it into a paste with goat cheese and I couldn't eat more than one bite of it. I saw this recipe on TV and I thought it looked fairly easy to make so I wanted to try it. The 5-star reviews here were also encouraging. I roas"

The first ever meatloaf I made from scratch and it was a success! It's as easy as making burgers except that there's no flipping! I didn't have turkey so I used a lb each of chicken and beef. I also added a cup of chopped onions since I'm an onion lover but other than that I followed the recipe to a T. I baked it in a glass dish and worried that"

The other half of the ricotta mixture goes into the 2nd gratin dish. That goes for the marinara, too.

I cut the eggplant slices lengthwise, brushed it with olive oil and grilled it. I don't like frying eggplant because it soaks up so much oil. I added sauteed mushrooms and cheddar cheese for extra flavor. Yummy!"
