Reviewed oven-barbecued baby back ribs

I used this recipe primarily for the cooking guidelines and added my own sauce. They came out perfect. However, unlike other reviewers, I don't care if the meat is falling off the rib. I just don't want the ribs to be fatty, which maybe a Northern preference.

Good recipe, but I have to agree with most of the reviews that it calls for too much lemon. I halved the amount of lemon juice and butter. If I didn't have to make those changes, the recipe would get a 5 star rating.

Very good, but reduced the amount of rice wine vinegar to 1 tablespoon and used Red Pepper flakes instead of Chipotle Pepper Puree (weird). Also, did not use the extra canola oil (who needs the calories). Could have used something crunchy like Chinese noodles (wonton strips), but still good without them.

Delicious! I did not add all of the oil and butter to the cheese mixture at the end, but it was still excellent.

Amazing. Just made this with Rainbow Trout. Used only 2 Tbsps. butter for frying. Cooked the butter, lemon and only 1 Tbsp. capers in a separate pan while the fish was cooking. Best fish we ever had.
