Reviewed Knock-You-Naked Brownies
"I have made these brownies twice. The second time I placed the top layer in the freezer while the first layer was baking and I was preparing the caramal layer. This made it easier to transfer to the pan. I used walnuts instead of pecans and chopped them in fairly large pieces. I am a chocoholic and these brownies are completely satisfying!"
"I made these last night using sirloin since that is what I had on hand. Instead of making the orange sauce (although it sounds like something I would like), I served them with leftover roast gravy which is my husband's preference. This will go into my recipe notebook to be made on a regular basis. "

"I made this today for company and it was a hit. I added 8 ounces of button mushrooms and a zucchini thickly sliced to the other vegetables when I removed the chicken and roasted the vegetables for the additional 15 minutes. We all loved the garlic and lemon taste. This is a definite repeater."

"This was my first attempt at making hummus. I liked the flavors of cumin, garlic and sesame oil. I served it with pita chips and veggies and it was well received. I have had requests for the recipe. Thanks to Dave.
