"I would of gave it 5 stars, but due to the fact that the broccoli was a bit bland and it should call for 2 tubes of french bread dough because 1 can only made 4 pockets for me. "This was my first time making and eating eggplant and this was a fairly easy recipe to follow. The sauce was very tasty with just enough spice to it and the seasoning on the eggplant was scrumpcious but i have to admit that i did fry it in olive oil and finished it off in the broiler. This will be a regular dinner in our household also my two teen""
