My 4 year old devoured it. My husband and I loved it. It was so easy to make and I had all the items in the house. I used Panko as the bread crumbs. Will definitely add to our rotation.

Delicious and so easy to get things ready ahead of time. I was amazed how the frozen peas just heat up right in the rice after cooking. I am going to be doing that more often. The marinade was flavorful and gave the tilapia a nice taste. It would also be good with a lightly breaded fish as the dipping sauce. We will be making this one again.""
