Reviewed Roasted Green Chile-Chicken Enchiladas

There was quite a bit of prep work involved in these enchiladas (making the salsa verde, roasting the poblanos, I cooked my own chicken, etc.), but it was totally worth it. These were amazing. As others have said, definitely worth the work. I wish I could upload a pic of my finished version. So good!!!"

This is a great dish- unique and tasty flavors. I've made it with the salmon and also with chicken breasts done the same way. The time spent chopping and preparing the ingredients for the sauce was well spent. This has become one of our go-to meals. Thanks Guy!"
