The cake was fantastic...and I would definitely make this again with a few modifications. I added 1/2 cup of coarsely mashed mangos to the batter and reduced the amount of sugar to 1/2 cups - it made a nicely textured cake. Secondly, I was a bit confused by the amount of mango for the frosting; 2 cups seemed to be a lot of moisture for only 4 "
