Reviewed Easy Rice Bake Casserole
"This was a great change of pace from my normal mashed potatoes that I make as my stand-by side dish. I suggest adding a bit more cayenne and it takes much more than a "pinch" of salt to bring all that rice and spinach out of being bland. I also used chicken stock to cook my rice in and I believe it allowed me to reduce the amount of salt I added. ""
