Reviewed Pork Chops with Apple Bacon Salad
"Great recipe that I followed almost to a T. The few changes I made were that I brined the chops in a simple saltwater spice brine for a couple hours and seeing that I did not have white balsamic vinegar on hand I substituted with white wine vinegar and doubled the sugar.
I served it along side with mash potatoes and everyone really enjoyed this m"
