This was so good. I also had to roast mine longer; about 20 minutes but I did use a center-cut pork loin as opposed to the tenderloin but it was still awesome. Juicy and tender. I thought the pepper might be a little too much but is was just right."

This was very good and went well with the Split Pea Soup I made. It still held a little raw flour taste which is why I marked it down, but I would use the recipe again. I also added grated parm. and rosemary to the top. ""

This wasn't bad. But not great. I thought it was a little bland and I can't figure out what would make it pop. I thought more salt or lemon juice but that wasn't it. I added more garlic than it called for but it just wasn't right..."

This was awesome! I haad no problem making the toffee what so ever. Made it the night before and reheated it in a double boiler to make it pourable. Loved eveything about this pie! The unsweetened whipped cream balanced out the sweet pie perfectly. Can't wait to make it again. this one is going in the keeper book!! Good job Claire!
