Wow. I wasn't expecting these to be as amazing as they were. I added a bit more heavy cream and also some lemon zest to the batter. And the icing was perfectly made in the microwave, with only half the lemon juice the recipe called for. I also didn't have a problem with the frozen blueberries I used. "

oh mi... a staple in my home... so freakin good. I use fire roasted tomatoes instead of italian style and it makes the sauce even more amazing!!! And in place of pancetta, I use turkey bacon... def gives it a great flavor ! ""
