Very good base recipe; I used agave instead of sugar and made a great caramel without the hardening problems that the others mentioned. Then because I am lactose intolerant, I used 2 cans of coconut milk - one full the other low fat. Increased to 4 eggs and should have added 1/2 t. of salt, but will next time. Turned out very nicely.
