"Awesome. Somehow when I searched for a recipe, I ended up at the video and not the recipe page. Glad I did, as there are discrepancies between them, as you all know--the vinegar amount and perhaps sugar as well. I did put the glaze on too early though, but it still tasted great.
And regarding the comment about gas grills--perhaps that person keeps their drip deflectors too clean. I get all kinds of extra flavor when I use my gas grill. And it frees up the oven for pies.
I'm going for my second go tonight. Really excited about it!
