My Activity

Reviewed Delta Cole Slaw

"Delicious, easy, make the day/night before. Seriously, my father-in-law insists that I make it for any and all family gatherings.

They don't like bell peppers, so I leave those out. Wonderful stuff.""

Reviewed Swordfish with Tomatoes and Capers

"Absolutely wonderful. I cut up and skewered the swordfish instead and it works really well that way. Oh, and my 2-year-old daughter loved the swordfish by itself.

To skewer: (taken, in part, from Rachel Ray's "Fishy Mixed Grill: Swordfish Kabobs with Garlic and Lemon, Tuna Steaks with Orange and Rosemary". Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towel;"

Reviewed My Big, Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

"Awesome cookies. Had several problems with other recipes. This gets nothing but rave reviews.

A couple of comments:
1 use Kosher salt, not table salt. Makes a world of difference.
2 works just fine with conventional chocolate chips
2 can make smaller cookies using 1 Tablespoon per cookie. They just don't stay soft as long
3 keep the scooping utencil (1/4 cup or Tlbs in a glass of ice water. The dough falls off easily. Dip between scoops.
