Absolutely wonderful. I cut up and skewered the swordfish instead and it works really well that way. Oh, and my 2-year-old daughter loved the swordfish by itself.

Awesome cookies. Had several problems with other recipes. This gets nothing but rave reviews.

A couple of comments:
1 use Kosher salt, not table salt. Makes a world of difference.
2 works just fine with conventional chocolate chips
2 can make smaller cookies using 1 Tablespoon per cookie. They...
