Reviewed Pistachio-Crusted Tilapia with Chard, Flash-Fried Prosciutto, Gorgonzola and Pine Nuts
"My husband & I loved this dish! I pulverized the pistachios and thought I had really pressed them on to the tilapia well enough. Didn't stay on the fish like I expected but honestly, it didn't matter. I just spooned the coating that fell off out of the pan and put it on top of the tilapia! It was heaven in my mouth! I didn't bother with the other "half" of the recipe, just served the fish with roasted veggies.
