Reviewed Spicy Pop Pulled Pork

"This was good but way too spicy. After reading the reviews about how the 11 oz. can of the chipotle in adobo sauce is too spicy, I decided to use the 7 oz. can. This was way too spicy, I can't even imagine what it would taste like with the 11 oz. I think since it did not say how large the pork needs to be, she may have used 10-20 lbs. of pork,""

Reviewed Israeli Couscous Tabouli

"I gave it 5 stars as the Israeli cous cous is the best cous cous to use. However, I cook some chopped onions in olive oil first, add minced garlic, then add the Israeli cous cous, let it toast a little, before I add liquid. I add chicken broth for more flavor, and even some lemon juice. You can add a lot more vegetables like bell peppers, as wel"

Reviewed Gumbo

"Lacks flavor. There is no spice in this recipe, and hadly any flavor, this is a very plain gumbo when it comes to flavor. Lots of meat which is good, needs lots of seasoning, the roux needs to be cooked much longer, and some hot spice needs to be added. I was disappointed, but it can easily be fixed which will make all the difference in the world."

Reviewed Banoffee Mess

"WOW!!! This recipe is unbelievably good and easy, right up my alley.
If you buy the crust, there is no baking involved, and if you use cool whip, there is no work at all. This pie is so delicious, my husband said it is one of the best pies I've made. I cook & bake a lot, and do much more complicated recipes than this one, so to get such an amazing compliment (which was not expected as it was so easy felt great. I will make it many more times, and will sprinkle orange sugar on it for Halloween. Thanks Claire, I think this is one of the best and easiest recipes EVER!!!
