Reviewed Chile and Cheese Rice
"I have to admit that I am very hard to convince to change or try any new Mexican-style rice recipes because my Mom taught me how to make her "famous" rice when I was just 9 years old. I haven't changed the recipe one bit & have taught my own daughter & son how to make it with her recipe. I watched Chef Marcela's program in which this recipe was shown & it looked very delicious. So, I decided to try it out on myself & my family. I have to say, that this recipe is very good, pretty simple to make & quite fun to make because of roasting the poblano chiles. It's our new favorite recipe which I'm sure my Mom would have liked as well. :o) Yummy!"
