Reviewed Pork Tenderloin, the Best Ever

Is this recipe for 1 (2.5 lb.) tenderloin or two small ones adding up to that weight. 170 degrees? Pork is safe at 145, a (1 lb.) tenderloin takes me 40 minutes. I get the feeling 170 is going to be way over."

Reviewed Bacon-Green Onion Quiche

This is a great recipe!! No need to saute the green onions in oil at all. They taste wonderful when you cook the bacon in the microwave, dice and then throw that and the green onions in the bottom of the pie shell and pour egg mixture on top. Saves time! I love quiche because you can substitute for ingredients you have on hand."

Amazing! Do not need to change anything. The chicken was amazing and the sauce was so delicious over whole wheat pasta with steamed broccoli. I did, however, put on a little Sriracha for heat on my plate. Perfect!! "

Really surprised that there are any negative reviews on this one. One of the best dishes I have ever made. Not at all heavy. Sauce is very light, creamy, and the dijon gives it a wonderful flavor. Use all the mascarpone, don't listen to the negativity, this one is a keeper. Trust me! "
