You must try this recipe. I was looking for something new to use up some cherry tomatoes I had on hand. OMG this recipe is outstanding. I added some small cooked turkey meatballs otherwise I was loyal to the recipe. The tart of the capers combined with the sweet of the roasted vegetables makes for an amazing and very easy meal. Make this for "

I stumbled upon this potato salad recipe when I was looking for something a little different. This exceeded my expectations. I used relish in place of pickles and skipped the dill and mustard because I simply didn't have either on hand. Otherwise, I was loyal to the instructions. We love capers and they really made the difference. Even if you"

I first made this dish upon our return from Tuscany. If I were on death row, I would request this dish as my last meal. yeah. It's that good. Use the Italian tuna and don't be afraid of the oil. Just drain it well. But be sure to use the Italian tuna. I can't emphasis it enough. It makes the dish. I did use black olives rather than the gr"

As an Italian I try to step out of my comfort zone and this dish is an easy attempt at Mexican food. I didn't have Mexican seasoned tomatoes but I always have unflavored so I added some canned jalapenos to the dish. It worked fine. "

Winters in New England can be brutal but soup such as this one makes me look forward to winter. It's only Oct and I've made it twice already. I tend to keep the main ingriedence on hand including frozen spinach. Don't be afraid to use frozen in soups. Also, the cheese gives it a hearty and richer taste. Don't skip it. It's worth the calorie...

This is the only way I prepare brussels sprouts. Roasting veggies brings out the natural goodness especially in winter veggies. Add a touch of honey just before serving to add a bit of sweet to the hot pepper. Amazing!"

I made this meatloaf with ground turkey and cooked it in a covered stoneware baking dish. It came out moist and flavorful. I didn't miss the beef at all and will make it with turkey again. I only used one pepper as that is all I had on hand so I have to agree with another poster that one pepper is plenty.
Enjoy!"

This is one of my favorite cauliflower dishes and have been making it for a couple of yrs now and plan to prepare it again tomorrow. It's so good my 3 yr old granddaughter asked for seconds! IMO, the cheese makes this dish but CWP318 mentioned adding a touch of red pepper flakes. Mmmm. That'll make it even more interesting. Thanks for the ti...
