"ridculusly complicated""

Reviewed Hot-and-Sour Seafood Soup

"Don't think I will ever make this again. Followed the recipe to the letter. It did taste like fish soup, but there was no "hot and sour". I tried adding more balsamic vinegar after the fact but that didn't help. I tried reheating it later. Still tastes like fish soup..."

Reviewed Slow Cooked Winter Bread Pudding with Dried Pears

"Not like mom's bred pudding. Almost gaged on the first bite. The alcohol really didn't help. The dried pears were tasteless. Will try again without the booze and useing raisin bread. No pears"

Reviewed Pat's Famous Beef and Pork Chili

"Easy to make. The pork really adds to the complexity of flavors. Reheats very well."

Reviewed Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Pork

"Agree, carrots and beans added great flavor. Thicken the sauce with corn starch. Will make it again when pork roast sales happen."

Reviewed Linguine with Tuna Puttanesca

"Fairly expensive if you don't have all the ingredient on hand. Reheated twice by adding a little chicken stock in a pot. Not a big fan of microwave reheating. Will make it often."

Reviewed Creamed Spinach

"Was Ok, but lacking in flavor. Perhaps fresh rather than frozen spinach would help."
