Ok so I made this turkey last year for a friends prethanksgiving dinner. I have never made a turkey before, and when I drew turkey from the cook hat I was so scared i was going ruin thanksgiving. As a 21 year old man that still burns eggs this recipe was simple. 15 people went through a 22 pound bird, to the bone.

"Great recipe, did make a few adjustments tho. I used beef instead of lamb, and made my own chicken broth. It was phenomenal. My 12 year old brother, who is a very picky eater and never finishes his plate, ate 3 servings""

Everyone said that it was the best, juiciest turkey they have ever had. The next week was Thanks giving and I got text messages telling me how my bird was so much better than the one they were eating. Highly recommend using the remainder of the stock to make the gravy. Don't share this recipe, keep them coming back.
