Personally, I liked them. Thought they were great. The people I served it to thought they were just okay. Needs to be served to "foodies" who will enjoy the experience of something new or different. People expecting a traditional burger will not think too much of them.

Reviewed Barbecued Beef Brisket Sandwiches

Made this for the Super Bowl 2011 party. Normally I'd BBQ a grill/smoke a brisket but it was snowing outside and this turned out great. The fans loved it. I used a larger than recommended brisket (nine pounds) but there was ample sauce with this recipe.
