Reviewed Banana Cornmeal Pancakes
"I didn't have corn meal so I used polenta - still good with just a bit of a bite. I take bananas that are on the edge of going bad and through them in the freezer. I chopped the frozen bananas and put 2 in the batter. They melted and gave the banana flavor without the chunks. Made LOTS of pancakes. Great fun recipe.
