I generally love Ellie's recipes but this one is outstanding! I have put this as a regular dish in my monthly meals... The flavor is wonderful...not too spicy and not too sweet! In addition, I love the fact that the chicken actually gets a wonderful "crisp" finish without having any skin to crisp... so this is a great trick that saves fat and calories....
