I am a retired pastor. who started cooking before age 2 when Grandmother put me on kitchen counter and had me stir simple batters. Learned to cook by watching Grandmother and Mother cook. Inspired to cook by inner creative drive. Focus on fresh meats and produce.
Food pet-peeves are undercooked pork and poultry (no pink please!), anything al dente (either raw or cooked just to softness please), oversalted dishes. Food passions are fresh vegetables, generous seasoning with herbs & spices, anything that swims except calamari & octupus.
