Reviewed Falafel-Crusted Chicken With Hummus Slaw

This was a great recipe. I did not use the thinly sliced chicken, I used some thicker cuts and cooked them for 15 minutes. They turned out very juicy and tender. I also put Cayenne pepper in the Falafel mix. It gave it a little more snap. The only other thing I would change would be to tone down the lemon. Use half of what the recipe calls fo"
