Very tasty... I was worried that since they were so small they would cook up dry and not very tasty. Wow, was I wrong. I'm pretty certain that the heavy cream made them stay moist. I normally like my burgers medium rare and I made them for a crowd so, I cooked them to well. They were perfect. I even had leftovers today and they tasted great ...
