Reviewed Pan-Fried Flounder

"We really liked this recipe. I was looking for something quick and different and this fit the bill. Amazingly, my 11 & 12 year old kids who aren't even that crazy about fish said over and over how much they liked it. We used both flounder and tilapia and they both worked perfectly. We loved the crispiness of the fish, and sided it with 4 cheese mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. I served the butter, lemon, caper sauce on the side and I am glad that I did. We all liked it, but a little went a long way. The next time I will only add 1/3 to 1/2 a bottle of capers.
