Yummilicious! I served this on Easter Monday, substituting left over Roast Turkey for the eggs (adding in at the end with a big dollop of left over Turkey Gravy) and also adding in some chestnut mushrooms. This is a lovely light and moist cake, perfect with a cup of tea.
