This is a really easy and fast dinner. It can be made lighter without losing any flavor by cutting the butter in half. We have enjoyed this dish several times because it is so good with an added bonus that it is a very low calorie entree! This is on our favorite list!"

I had some poblano peppers that I wanted to use but I never dreamed that this would be so special. I followed the recipe as closely as I could with calorie count in mind.
