Like some others here, I decided to add about 2 cups of chicken (finely chopped) and 2 cups of pasta (rotini) to it. It turned out really well. I left out the water chestnuts and used colby jack cheese instead of cheedar. Next time I make this, I may use 3/4 of a pound of cheese instead of 1/2 a pound to make it creamier. I think that will help ba"
