I usually find Ina's recipe's spot on, but not these Corn Muffins... I did read all of the comments before making them and I have to agree with another poster; they do taste like flour. Because of the comment regarding the flour taste, I did weigh my flour, rather than scoop it from the canister... Sorry Ina, besides the flour taste, they were dry...

Just an observation, watching the show it did NOT show any sauce being added to the angle hair pasta before it was put on top of the eggplant, but when the camera showed the pasta being placed on top of the eggplant before rolling it up, it definitely had been mixed in sauce; it was red!

Watching the show, Bobby added some ketchup to the dipping sauce to thicken it and a few drops of Siracha to the egg whites to spice it up. The shrimp were LIBERALLY sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. The guest had the idea to combine the shrimp with the Thai fruit salad for presentation purposes as an appetizer... Great idea!""
