"Yum! It was easy, easy, easy. I did not realize you could caramelize onions that way. Amazingly, I had everything in my kitchen but the baguette. As for the wine, pour some in and have the rest for dinner!

"Amazingly I had almost all the ingredients except the green onions. My husband and I liked the salad. He thought the dressing was a little thin. I liked it, especially the olives (although I used briny ones I had gotten from the Italian market). Great mixture of flavors and quite easy to prepare
