Reviewed Baked Rice Pudding

Very good. Followed the recipe except substituted 1/2 C dried dark cherries for the raisins and added 1 TBSP of bourbon. Also had to use an 8x8 dish. Rice was left over for a couple of days and right out for the fridge. Used whole milk. Stirred after 30 minutes as others have suggested. Consistency was fine. Will make again, except will soak cherries...
