About Me
Cooking healthy (and sometimes really unhealthy...baked tortellini- yum!) meals with ingredients from our garden on a consistent basis as our dog directs pathetic pretend-to-be-starving glares our way. One cooks while one (two if you count the pup) keeps the other company. We love cooking for friends, family, and just the two of us. Poor dog sometimes gets carrots from the garden. Good natured, fun-loving couple who will keep you well fed and then ask you to hike/bike/swim/run/play soccer the next day. =) Life is good and we are blessed, even if it is 125 degrees in Arizona. Our dog agrees. (And, yes, you can have a decent garden in AZ!)
Favorite Foods
Anything and everything. The husband forgets I am a wimp and cooks spicy food, a lot. I am known to have mad baking skills and get lots of requests throughout the year from those I love (albeit, mostly from the husband.)
