My Activity

Reviewed Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri

"One of the most delicious things I have ever cooked and eaten! I cooked mine under the broiler for about 6-7 minutes per side and it came out perfectly cooked, slightly pink on the inside. I also made the potatoes from the episode and they, along with the garlic aioli work really well with the heat of the chimichurri. Definitely making again and a"

Reviewed Spicy Bean Soup

"I made this and used 1/2 cup good quality chili powder and I do agree - it's a bit too much. Not that the soup isn't good, it is...just that the chili powder really over powers everything. next time I''ll use 1/4 cup. Also, I left the broccoli, squash, and zucchini out. I'll make this again - more lentils and less chili powder!"

Reviewed Roast Turkey Panini with, Pesto, Roasted Red Peppers and Fontina

"I made pesto from the basil in our garden, roasted my own pepper and used good fontina plus turkey from the deli. It was good. Probably would be better with some home cooked roasted turkey pulled off the bone. Nice sandwich but not something I'll make again. I felt like it needed something more. "

Reviewed Marinated and Grilled London Broil with Emeril's Homemade Steak Sauce

"I made both the london broil as well as the steak sauce. I would strongly discourage you from making the steak sauce, not only does it take hours (that part I don't mind but it's awful!
No one in my family liked it. The steak was really good though! I will definitely use the marinade recipe again. Tasty! "

Reviewed Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli

"I LOVE broccoli, but I think it's MUCH better steamed for 1-2 mins then add unsalted butter, lemon juice and a little bit of kosher or sea salt. I won't roast broccoli again. "
