"This was fabulous potato salad! I happened upon it while looking for a recipe for pickled onions and it piqued my curiousity. So glad I tried it! Don't mess with it - the recipe works perfectly. We had it freshly made, room temp, with filet mignon, corn on the cob and sauteed summer squash. My hubby says I'm spoiling him. :)"
