I also used steak dry rub instead of fleur de sel (i don't know what this is). I also made baked potatoes with sour cream and chives so as not to waste the left over chives. "I made this for dinner guests and it was a hit. Very easy to make so I did not spend all my time in the kitchen and very tasty too! I have made this a few times now and it always delivers.
