About Me

I have been in EMS for 20 years and at my current fire department for 15. I do most of the cooking, there are 8 of us at the station, all with large appetites, but fortunately not very picky. They are spoiled though, and have come to expect nothing but the best. Not as easy as you might think, when you have to run calls in the middle of making dinner. But it gets done. There is nothing more satisfying than a table of firefighters eating and not complaining.
