My Activity

Reviewed Orangecello

"I agree with all of the reviews below! A fabulous after dinner drink. Refreshing and fabulous. I love lemoncello but love that this isn't a bit harsh. Very smooth and comforting! We used the leftover orange peels to make candied orange slices dipped in chocolate. A wonderful compliment to the orangecello."

Reviewed Spinach Stuffed Braciole in a Sunday Sauce with Pappardelle

"Okay, not a fan of this. I couldn't get the meat thin enough and it the meat was overcooked and dry. My husband said that he has had this before and was afraid it would be try and sort of tough. Also, it took a heck of a long time to prepare. It was edible but I won't be spending the time to make this again."

Reviewed Sausage, Kale, and Lentil Soup

"Terrific soup! My husband and 2 sons loved it too! The fresno chilis are such a great touch of spice without too much heat. I will make this all winter! Thanks Rachael!"

Reviewed Chipotle BBQ Turkey Mini Meatloaves

"I have made this twice now and my family loves it! I do modify because my son has a dairy and egg allergy so no cheese or eggs. I use an egg substitute. I also use panko bread crumbs. It's still yummy. But the best part is the bbq sauce. I now quadruple the recipe and keep it in a ketchup bottle in the fridge. It's all we eat! Yum."
