Reviewed Winter Minestrone

"This was very good soup. My husband who hates soups/stews loved it too. It was full of flavor and very easy to make. I made it exactly as outlined in recipe with exception of parsley (didn't have any. I will definitely keep this recipe and make it again. ""

Reviewed Easy Sticky Buns

"I love Ina's recipes but these were way too buttery. I didn't follow other reviews regarding the amount of butter, but these had too much butter flavor. I think these would be better if Ina uses a cinnamon bread recipe vs. the puff pastry. They just didn't puff up like I thought they would. For me they were too buttery and sweet and very low on""

Reviewed Cheeseburger Mac Attack

"Easy but not very good. I like easy recipes in crockpot but after cooking it as directed for 7 hours, it came out like mush. The pasta was unidentifiable and I barely cooked it in the pot. Reviewed Cannoli-Stuffed French Toast Nuggets

"I really enjoyed these. They were very easy to make. I used part skim on the ricotta because I just can't eat the nonfat version. Other than that I followed recipe exactly. One recommendation I would make is to use the type of hotdog bun that is cut down the middle so that there is less crust. Unfortunately, alot of the buns are over 110 calo""

Reviewed Apple Crumble with Cardamom-Vanilla Caramel Sauce

"I didn't use Ganny Smith Apples (used regular Macs and so the dish was slightly sweeter than I like. I'm sure if I used Granny Smith which is a tarter apple, it would have been fine, so just adjust according to apple sweetness. I also would use more apples. The crumble was delicious and there was a lot for the amount of apple, I tend to like more apples vs. crumble. I didn't do the caramel sauce I didn't have all ingredients. But will definitely do this recipe again. It is so much easier than the apple crisp recipe I always make and my kids liked this dish more.
