"Made this recipe for my family which consist of my husband 8 yrs old twin girls and my son who is 18 months old and they all loved it. I did substitute the crawfish with grilled shrimp instead because my local stores does not carry crawfish, and I also used fresh mushrooms (crimini) instead of the ones in the can which still came out very very go"

I am never picky when it comes to selection of food... I would consider my self a person who will try anything once and decide then... has a lot of respect for every type of food and most important thing is that i want my children to love food as much as i do, so making kids friendly foods are key to me... :-)
