My Activity

Reviewed Spicy Coconut Soup

"Absolutely fantastic! We added mushrooms and chicken instead of the tofu. Yum Yum!!"

Reviewed Grilled Tuna With Basil Pesto

"I would suggest adding the lemon juice into the pesto. For some reason the acid felt like it was missing when it was added after the tuna was seared. The dish was good but I wouldn't say fantastic. I don't think this is a repeat in our collection. "

Reviewed Grilled Chicken with Spinach and Pine Nut Pesto

"What an easy and wonderfully yummy recipe. The lemon flavor was a bit overpowering. I will use less next time. I also threw in a little cilantro. I pounded the chicken thin before grilling and wowee was this recipe amazing!!! It's a keeper!"

Reviewed One Pan Tilapia Fish Tacos with 5 Minute Mole

"I wasn't sure how a Mole recipe could work without chocolate. This came out amazing! Delicious and fantastic! What a hit! The anise seeds on the Tilapia rounded out the whole mole recipe to perfection. Also for those allergic to nuts, we used sunbutter ( made from sun flour seeds and it worked famously. 1/8th a cup for the equivalent to a 1/3 cup "
