Excellent recipe. Made this for a quick family meal and it was loved by all but one, who thought it was too spicy. Couldn't find ground chicken at our lame supermarket so we used ground turkey. Great aroma, great taste and easy to make. Will add something with crunch next time, maybe pickles as a garnish. Cooking for 25 minutes as suggested in"

One word. Fan-freakin-tastic. I did chicken out on the hard boiled eggs and replaced with new potatoes. Also added a refrigerated pie crust to line the pan too. Just had leftovers for lunch and I already can't wait to have this again."
