"This is the best mac and cheese I have had so far! It is tasty, creamy and just so yummmy! I tried Bobby Flay's recipe and this is way better--much less prep time and more delicious.
Reviewed Macaroni and Cheese Carbonara
"This recipe took a VERY long time to prepare. Grating five cheeses, chopping and cooking the pancetta, etc. It is also a bit expensive. For all that work it is only so-so. I much prefer Sunny Anderson's Spicy Mac and Cheese. Much less prep time and better flavor.
