"Simply delicious! Easy to make, and I'm somewhat of a novice. The wife & daughter both loved them. I did add a little parmesan to the gorgonzola & breadcrumb mixture, and also topped with a little shredded mozzarella which browned up nicely. Yes, they're a little bit messy to eat, but certainly worth the effort. Will definitely be making this""
"Fresh, light, delicious! The balance of the citrus with the sherry vinaigrette and the crunchy almonds makes for a refreshing balance of flavors and textures. Thanks Guy! (I want your backyard kitchen!)""

Prep times and directions were pretty much spot on, although I think next time we'll try searing/braising the pork instead of deep frying. Also, we thought it might be fun to make this sauce for a fondue""
